Delete your SquareScores account
You can delete your SquareScores account yourself, at any time, in the SquareScores app or on squarescores.com. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
In the app or on the web
- Sign in to SquareScores.
- Open Settings (on the web, squarescores.com/settings).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@squarescores.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days, and write back when it is done.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, email address, name, username, avatar and friend code; your friends, friend requests and invitations; your group memberships, favourites and game ratings; the devices registered for notifications; and the names of the players without a phone you added.
What is kept
The games you and your players without a phone played stay in the other players’ results under the name “Deleted player”, linked to nothing that identifies you, so their scores, rankings and ratings do not change. Nothing else is kept, and there is no waiting period.
